I was looking for something different to fix my family one day for dinner and came upon this recipe for Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy. It's very simple to make, and the family loved it. They ask me to make it about once a week, along with Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese, I will include that recipe along with this one as well. The Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese were an even bigger hit with my family, especially my oldest that doesn't even like Ranch Dressing. Hope your family enjoys these recipes as much as mine.
Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy Prep time 10 min

2 C of Herb Stuffing Mix (bag or canister)
1-1/2 lb of Ground beef

Directions
Mix stuffing, ground beef, onion and 1 C of water, the recipe says to shape into 6 patties, but I use a little more ground beef and can get 8-9 patties
Heat oil in large pan on med-high heat, add the patties, and cook them 5 min on each side or until heated through and browned.
Mix gravy with a 1/2 C of water, pour over the patties bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook another 5-10 min.
